Apart from regular academic programmers, this institute has been undertaking several activities to help the hoteliers and caterers on different occasions and rendering technical advice to the hotel and catering industry and other related organizations from time to time. Students of this Institute are put to actual service in commercial operations and service of the VIP’s so that the training is not restricted inside the laboratories and class rooms only. Arrangement is also made with the local hotels for giving them opportunities in operational training to obtain first-hand knowledge of their profession.

 

The students are also sent for industrial training after their final examinations to big hotel in the country for a period of 24 weeks as per the curriculum prescribed by the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Noida that is compulsory for all the students.
